Born and raised in San Diego, Dr. Havens earned her DVM from St. George's University and completed her clinical year at Washington State. She has special interests in oncology, internal medicine, and geriatric care.

Jocelyn is a Veterinary Assistant whose passion for helping others led her to veterinary medicine. She loves caring for animals when they need it most and finds fulfillment in giving a voice to those who can't help themselves.

Jose studied animal care at the National Autonomous University's College of Veterinary Medicine in Mexico and joined SeaCoast Veterinary Group through a friend's referral. Passionate about surgery, preventive medicine, and client education, he enjoys the beach, soccer, and spending time with his wife, Lupita, and their dogs, Zales and Miro.

Brenda, an RVT originally from Illinois, brings passion and dedication to caring for pets and enjoys the variety each day brings in the veterinary field. Outside work, she loves exploring new restaurants with her husband and spending time with their 3 cats.

At SeaCoast Veterinary Group, we take pride in delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients and their guardians in Imperial Beach, Coronado, and surrounding areas. Our team strives to provide a comfortable environment for our patients and clients, and we want everyone, either two-legged or four, to feel welcome as soon as they enter our veterinary clinic. This is easy; it all starts with a warm hello for you and a yummy treat for your pet.  Dr. Dee Puaoi purchased SeaCoast Veterinary Group (then Sea Coast Pet Clinic) on December 31, 2012, and we have been going strong. SeaCoast Veterinary Group offers a wide range of medical and surgical services for dogs and cats in the Silver Strand area. We're located at 600 Palm Avenue, Suite 103, Imperial Beach, California, 91932. We have ample space for parking within a safe, low-traffic area. We are conveniently located next to IB Groomin and IB Pets (a holistic pet food store).  Our patients are primarily cats and dogs, with a few reptiles, birds, and pocket pets.
