What does AAHA Accreditation mean for you?
AAHA is a professional veterinary association formed in 1933 to regulate and promote high quality standards for small animal practices.
As an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association, we are dedicated to providing excellence in small animal care. Our hospital is evaluated regularly by AAHA to ensure that we meet or exceed the associations standards of excellence. AAHA standards are recognized around the world as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
SeaCoast Veterinary Group is an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). We have regularly undergone evaluations by AAHA to ensure that we comply with the association’s high quality standards of care. The Standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records cleanliness, emergency services, dental and nursing care, diagnostic imaging and anesthesiology. Approximately 15% of animal hospitals in North America are accredited by AAHA.
