Lead Client Care Specialist
Veronica grew up admiring Jacques Cousteau, and her love of animals blossomed from there. For as long as she can remember, she’s wanted to improve the lives of pets by working in the veterinary world! Veronica is able to do just that as a member of the SeaCoast Veterinary Group family.
A San Diego native, Veronica completed a regional occupational program in veterinary assisting, then began her animal-care career shortly after earning her certification. When her former employer needed a Spanish speaker at the front desk, she was more than happy to fill in—20 years later, Veronica is still happily serving as a veterinary receptionist! She especially enjoys jumping in to help the Technicians and Assistants whenever she gets the chance.
Veronica has a grown son and lives with three pets of her own: Travi, a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, and two aging cats named Nala and Sarabi. When she isn’t spending time with them or caring for pets here at the clinic, Veronica is an avid runner and enjoys completing 5Ks, 10Ks, and 15Ks. She’s even ran a half-marathon!
